I fly out this Friday to prepare for the webmaniacs conference next week. My wife and I are doing a little site seeing prior to the conference over the weekend. Should be a lot of fun and I am looking forward to getting away from work for a little bit and spending some QT with my wife.
I took some time and put my "current" agenda on my google calendar. They have a useful print option that saves the calendar to a PDF. I have uploaded my schedule if anyone is interested in seeing what type of sessions I signed up for (see below), I may modify it a little. I am not thrilled on some of the topics I signed up for the first two days of the conference and may make some adjustments.
I plan on posting my notes daily next week on either the days summary or a particular session. I haven't decided, it really depends on how much time I have and how much time I want to invest in blogging all the cool stuff I hear about in the sessions and talking with other developers. So stay tuned.

EX0-101 are basically maestros who have 70-272 as well as 70-646 to their credit. It is only web mania if they want 642-446 as well as 642-426 to their credit as well.

I'll be headed to WebManiacs as well (my wife and I are road-tripping with our two dogs from Ouray, Colorado!). I'm also (originally) from DC, which is why I go back for these conferences. If you're planning to site see a bit, the Holocaust Museum is incredible, as are many of the museums along the Mall (the space between the US Capital and the Washington Monument) are awesome. My wife and I (both from DC) really like the Natural History and Air and Space a lot.
All that said, do whatever you can to check out the Spy Museum. It's GREAT. It's about 2 miles from the Capital and right next to the Verizon Center (where the Wizards and Capitals play NBA and NHL games).
Sorry if this is stuff you already know. I just like to pump up my natal home :)!
See you at Maniacs and safe travels!
Best,
Craig

Thanks for the information, this will help a ton. I have not been back to DC for about 15 years or so. I am sure a lot has changed and some things have not.
